Vin-Yin Yoga uses passive poses held anywhere on average 3-5 minutes to lengthen the connective tissue around the muscles. Vin-Yin Yoga, also referred to as Yin Yang Yoga, is a yoga sequence that combines Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga.
