Nancy:
I began practicing yoga over 20 years ago to recover from a serious ankle injury. Over time, not only did I benefit from the physical aspects of yoga, but the more I practiced, the more I began to understand the deeper, emotional and spiritual benefits as well. My classes tend to be nurturing, gentle practices that focus on breath and movement, balance and awareness.
I completed my 200 RYT training at MyBodYoga in Woodbridge, Virginia and completed the Breathing Deeply Yoga Therapy Program. I consider myself a lifelong learner and will always be a student of yoga. I am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers and other students have shared with me over the years.
