Gen Z Grind is a teens group class designed to be safe and effective for ages 13-17. This class incorporates functional movement, mobility, strength, cardiorespiratory training, and flexibility for a total body workout using variety of equipment as well as bodyweight.
Get ready to workout and build muscular strength with teens just like you and have fun doing it!
