I teach an all-level vinyasa flow class, sequenced to build strength and flexibility, improve posture, and cultivate inner peace. You can expect clear instructions on proper alignment and different modifications to make each pose accessible to you. In addition, I bring a great emphasis on breathing and quieting of body and mind through mindfulness and meditation techniques and embedding the yoga philosophy throughout the practice.
After a well-succeeded and fast-paced corporate career, motherhood brought Andrea the urge to stop and revaluate her objectives and goals in life. The birth of her son in 2012 made her rethink life priorities, and a resounding call to do something more meaningful to her emerged compellingly.
An enthusiastic yoga practitioner since 2005, she found in yoga a way to support others and bring her contribution to this world. As a result, yoga became her living philosophy, encompassing a healthy body, a peaceful mind, and a loving soul - inspirations she shares with practitioners during her classes. Andrea is a certified and registered yoga teacher for children and adults and holds a restorative yoga certification. She has over 550 hours of teaching experience.
